Absolutely the best dentist I've ever been to. I actually kept falling asleep during my procedure, which included a root canal and three fillings, because Dr. Tang is so good at putting ppl at ease and ensuring comfort. This place really, truly wants the best for their patients. Thank you so much! 💜

Excellent service, great staff and very helpful. I broke a couple teeth and they got me in right away, fixed the issue and had me back out ready to go. The dental experience at Copperstone is great.

The receptionist is extremely rude. I was a client of the previous dentist, so when a new dentist took over the clinic I read the website to check out the billing process. I called the clinic to ask a few questions about what was unclear to me and I was met with a lot of resistance. The receptionist was dismissive and avoided answering my questions by referring me to the website. When I told her I was looking for clarification of a few things I read on the website she simply snapped “I’m not on the website†“ You seem skepticalâ€. I expressed my concern about the Alberta Fee Guide having many stars beside the price and the website mentioning codes may cross over , and I was trying to look for clarification. Again, dismissive and rude. A receptionist who has worked in the field for over 25 years should know exactly how their fees work without having to refer to the website. I found this very concerning and stated if she wouldn’t answer my questions about billing I would be looking for another dentist. Her snide reply was “suit yourselfâ€. I have also been reading the reviews with less than 5 stars, and the clinics replies are comparable to the treatment I received on the phone. You can tell a lot about a business when their reaction to low scoring reviews is negative. Referring to patients negative experiences as “accusations†and trying to find a way to shift the blame onto the patient instead of taking the feedback and trying to improve. Not a clinic I will be using anymore! Beware.

All the hygienists I've seen while there are all excellent. Rarely am I in any discomfort. They are great with the kids too. Dr. Tang is also very open and honest and I haven't had any surprises or confusing diagnoses. I am really happy with the service we've been given so far.

Always polite, our appointments are always on time, and they are accommodating. My daughter also loves going, and looks forward to every appointment
