I have been a patient at West Central for over 18 years and give the dentists, hygienists, assistants and office staff top marks for friendly, efficient and excellent care. I am disabled and they have gone out of their way to ensure that I am comfortable during procedures. The office decor is soothing and spacious, with a variety of seating in the waiting room. The only problem is that the threshold into the building is not power chair friendly, it is fine for walkers that can be lifted or wheelchairs with higher ground clearance.

Stacey has been my hygienist for many years. I have always found her to be very professional, thorough and caring. Also, the counter staff is very friendly and polite.

Dr. Albert and the staff at this office are amazing! Always warm, welcoming, and efficient. I’ve been a client for over 12 years and highly recommend them.

I received an email a week prior to my appointment that allowed me to confirm right then and there. I then received two additional email reminders about my appointment. I have been going to this dentist for 11 years now and the staff are amazing! They are always friendly when you arrive and the professional service I receive at each visit is why I keep coming back. They really do take your whole health into account not just your teeth. If you are looking for a dental clinic just outside of the downtown core, this is the place to go.
