As a long time client of Bonnie Doon Dental I would highly recommend them for the courteous service, quality care and outstanding technicians - starting from the front desk clerks, to the dental assistants, hygienists and dentists. They care about their patients and make every effort to ensure the best possible treatment. My last treatment was more involved and it took a lot of freezIng before everything took but both the dentist and technician were patient and made me feel comfortable. They explain treatments, options, and cost of treatments. All I can say is I've been a satisfied customer for over 30 years. Thanks to all the staff past and present for the professional and courteous treatment.

I use to come to this office when I was working. It had been awhile since I was here. I had gone to a different dentist after retirement and had a bit of work done. It proved to be a mistake. A hygienist at sage senior center found something that needed attention and suggested that I go to a dental office and see to it. After giving it some thought and seeing the office on my way home on the bus it seemed a good idea to get an opinion about the situation. After seeing Dr. Hargrave and having a good chat it seemed a good idea to have the situation taken care of. Needless to say I am very pleased that I did. It was a good experience. The care is good and the staff are very supportive. I am very happy with this dental office.

Yesterday was my first visit to Bonnie Doon Dental Associates. First impression: the reception area is very clean and the receptionists are friendly. On my first visit I had a check-up. Let me tell you, I am 67 years young and I have been to a few dentists in my life, but I’ve never had a check-up like this one. The dentist explained everything he was doing while he was doing it, paused to see if I had any questions, and even stopped to explain things more. The experience was out of this world (very thorough). I do have one tooth that needs a filling and I will be going back. After the check-up, I had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist (Soutthy). He went over and above, doing things my previous hygienists never did. He was cleaning a tooth that’s always been very sensitive. In the past, other hygienists have skipped over this tooth when they found out it was sensitive, but not this one. He numbed the gum in order to clean the tooth properly before moving on. Thank you Soutthy for doing such a good job and making me comfortable throughout the process. Today I went back to finish the rest of my cleaning, and had the pleasure meeting the manager Donna and the rest of the friendly receptionists. I highly recommend this place

I've been going to Bonnie Doon Dental Associates for years and love their caring and welcoming staff. The central location works great with lots of free 2hr parking. I see Dr Hargrave and can happily recommend him. Most painless needles I've ever not wanted to have, LOL

Boonie Doon Dental Associates are the absolute best, polite, treat you as family and the office is spotless, super tidy and bright and cheerful. Rod the hygenist is the best and I dread the day he retires as then I will be lost. Thank you Bonnie Doon Dental for treating me with kindness and going the extra mile as I have very little trust when it comes to dentists.
