What a horrible receptionist, super rudeeee. Im making a call for my sister since she's busy and we just had a question and shes like "your sister cant make a call". And her tone and attitude was disgusting. I cannot believe how someone can be so rude

My 100 1/2 year old mom was referred to U of A dental by Dr Fialko-Eshenko. We were so impressed with this clinic. We were warmly greeted by Isabell who reassured us everything would be okay. Dr Ritch and his assistant Serinda were so kind and thoughtful towards my mom who had to have two teeth extracted. (Quite traumatic for someone her age.) Everything went well and mom did not have any issues. Berna was also very patient with me when I called. An excellent clinic with very knowledgeable and professional individuals. Thanks!

Visited the Emergency Dental Clinic for a tooth pull, I went a little early just to ensure I got in early, There was only one person ahead of me at 620pm, when the doors opened at 645 pm the staff were very efficient and courteous. Hardly any wait time, and I was all done in about an hour. My tooth pull went very well. I am glad I took someone's advice and went there. Thank you staff for your professional assistance. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs.
