I called to book an appointment talked to a girl named Erica. She was very helpful answered all of my questions and helped me understand the process. I was even told they can help me figure out whats covered that way I know what I will have to pay. I have hard amazing stories about the dentist. Great first impression can not wait to see the dentist now.

Dr. Coulson is amazing. The staff in the office are so friendly, warm and organized. I always have an excellent visit. My kids love seeing her, she makes going to the dentist really fun for kids, and I'll never need to worry they will be scared of the dentist. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

I have met with both Dr. Coulson and Dr. Jivani and they are both fantastic. They really take time to explain everything and complete a detailed examination. All of my visits have been very enjoyable, I've never waited for longer than a minute or two and all of the staff have been extremely friendly. The free underground parking is very convenient and the overall location of the office is excellent. My partner and I will continue going to River Valley Dental for years to come!

I have no issues with dr coulson, she was kind, compassionate, patient and did a great job with my cavity filling. But whatever you do, do NOT get a wisdom tooth removed by dr givanni or however you spell it. He was more concerned about where he was going for supper and drinks that night rather than pay attention to the patient. Iâ€™m currently in a remote area for the next two weeks, in excruciating pain because he left a huge hole in my cheek with my jaw bone showing. If you are going to make such a big mess of someoneâ€™s mouth at least have the decency to fix it. One stitch was put in where he removed the tooth but left a big gaping hole in my cheek. Iâ€™m not impressed and Iâ€™m not sure Iâ€™m going to return for future dental work. Oh, and they over charge you big time, which I was not overly concerned about because I figured if they charge so much then they must do a good job but I was wrong.

Dr. Coulson is incredible. I've been dreading getting some work done for over a year so have put it off, which just makes it worse! Dr. Coulson did an incredible job and took the time to make me feel calm. I would definitely recommend her and her staff to anyone. KG
