Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Will text to confirm appointments. Fillings are quick and well done. Dr. Zwicker has always frozen me for filling in the first try, which was not the case with dentists at other clinics. Cleanings are certainly better when I’ve been flossing!

I got my teeth cleaned here back in May. I was super nervous because I hadn’t been in for a cleaning in a while, to my relief I was booked in with a lovely hygienist who put me at ease, did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! I confidently recommend this clinic, Rebecca in particular, for anyone who wants a professional and personable teeth cleaning by someone with skill and also a personality!

This is a great clinic with very friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. I took my two boys in for their first ever checkup with Dr. Zwicker this morning. He was fantastic about making their first cleaning fun and educational for both my boys and I. He simultaneously gave me loads of great information on how to practically keep their teeth healthy, and they loved the new toothbrushes they went home with.

Clean, friendly and welcoming environment with great staff. Always greeted when you walk in the door. Plus my hygienist is amazing at her job. I always know I am in good hands when she checks over everything (never forgets to check my neck, I've had hygienist in the past brush over this, yet it's an important screening tool), leaves my teeth nice and polished and is expert in guilting me into more flossing. Also the text reminders are handy for this millenial who would totally forget to go to the dentist without.

I requested if they can change the background music from the radio music to piano/jazz. My reason is that piano music can reduce pain especially when I was with a low skilled hygienist who poked my gums all over. She literally does not know she was poking gums. Is her job to poke my gums? I thought cleaning my teeth is her job. Explanation from one of staffs was that their staff may complain about the piano music which may cause themselves fell asleep. I have been the patient with this clinic for several years. The Original owner Dr Lodwig left. In the last few years, I got cleaning from 3-4 hygienists in this clinic. Overall service was nice. But since last year, I was assigned to this new hygienist. She flooded water all of my neck twice just during cleaning. The reason is that, she dumped water into my mouth without considering proper amount. I wanted to clear it up and I closed mouth. Water flooded. Then during the polishing process, she spent almost 10 minutes to reinstall the machine again and again. I got extremely annoyed with such poorly skilled hygienist. I hope that all other good hygienists come back.
