Edit: Since my first post I’d now have to say Cygnet is my favourite dentist. Friendly and caring staff, quality work and only does what is required. If an issue occurs after they are quick to get you in and fix the problem! 5 stars!!!!! They don't answer their phone when you call. I chased them for weeks trying to pay a bill. Now Im having an medical issue and they aren't answering their phone.

Fees are a lot less than some of the other dentists in town. Friendly staff.

My kids have been going to Cygnet for close to 6 or 7 years and love it, which is strange to say for a dentist. We never have to wait long in the waiting room, and my kids are so comfortable that they go in by themselves now. I can't say enough about them for their ability to make you feel comfortable and build rapport with the kids. My daughter's 6 now and she's been missing her front tooth since she was 2, and she's never afraid to go in.

About 4-5 years since I've been coming here and I've enjoyed it. Staff is approachable and pleasant, and you don't spend forever waiting in the office. You're taken when you're appointment is scheduled. They're very good with the kids. Ours get excited when it's time to go to the dentist! Lots of payment options.
