Excellent treatment by skilled and friendly staff. I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived from the reception staff, and the treatment from Dr. Nina and Tiffany was excellent (root canal). I was shown the details of the x-rays and was very comfortable with the treatment. Thank you so much!!!

I was able to set up an appointment at this clinic for an oral examination the following day and was glad they were able to accommodate me in such short notice. I was advised to be 15 minutes early before my appointment to fill out a new patient form, so I arrive at the clinic at 7:45 am. There were staff in the back having conversation while I was waiting 15 minutes in the lobby. I was eventually helped and taken to the back to see my hygienist, Kayla. She tells me that she only has 20 minutes to help me before she goes off to help her next patient. Kayla went on saying that I took the time up by taking so long to fill out the new patient forms. I told her that I came early to fill out the forms, but was not helped right away. She did not care to actually listen to what I had to say until I had to repeat myself again and again. I could not understand how she justified that it was the right decision to cut my appointment although I was the one waiting for 15 minutes in the lobby to be helped. At that point I was so overwhelmed and frustrated by how I was being treated and decided to leave. My hygienist made me feel so insignificant. I had the worst customer service experience here.

The Dentist is always A "dreaded place" but Summerside Dental is the best you can get. Always so kind, gentle, on time, polite and informative. These Dentist visits I can handle.

Booking an appointment was super easy, I did it online via email. My first impression walking in was WOW. Beautiful and clean! Was greeted nicely at the front desk and was smooth sailing from there. I got a frenectomy for my 6 week old, and they were in and out within minutes. They also had a private room upstairs where I was allowed to nurse and be comfortable. I loved the whole experience! Dr. Bolt was so easy to talk to and made us informed every step of the way. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a frenectomy for their child.

I am Summerside Dental patient since 2016 and i am very happy with all their services. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and professional. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable, welcome and the feeling you arrived at the dentist is gone. I highly recommend this dental office and especially Dr. Nina Valiushka. She is the best! Thank you everyone!
