Visiting this clinic monthly. Always like the staff and doctor. Got asked multiple times where I got my dental work done and I have to refer back to Dr. Li. I’m adding this pic after a year: those are real teeth after braces and whitening.

The front desk staff is really appreciable by giving a clear information about the treatment and expense. All staff are professionals. Nice clinic....

My first impression was a red-flag. I needed to use the restroom, and there was a sign beside the toilet to please not flush *toilet paper*, but to use the bin provided. I hoped that it meant *paper towel*.There was another sign int he restroom advising not to smoke and to report any suspicious behaviour. Is this typical for a dentist? The restroom was also very dirty, which did not inspire confidence in hygienic dental practices. Back in the waiting room, I filled out a patient form, including information such as "Have you had a bad dental experience before?" (yes), and I checked off that I am type 1 diabetic and am on insulin. Shortly afterwards I was escorted to the chair in the dental office, and I asked the person who was doing my x-rays - who never introduced herself - why there was a sign about no toilet paper being flushed in the bathroom. She just laughed and said "I was wondering that too". I should have left then. After she took my x-rays, and my glasses were removed and I was reclined fully, I was told the dentist would be in next. I felt anxious at this point - there was a family of 6 in the room next to me, loudly talking and watching tv, as well as a tv on the other side of me and the sound of a tv in the waiting room. It was overwhelming. A while later, a woman came in, mumbling to me behind her mask. I could not properly see her or hear her, She poked about in my mouth with a pick and rinser, but failed to properly suction the water out of my mouth, leaving me gagging several times and at one point i closed my mouth on all the tools because the back of my throat was filling with water and I just wanted the suction to get it out. She seemed irritated by this. Next I assume the dental hygienist came in - I believe someone told me her name, but I didn't quite catch it. Again, I could not see without my glasses, she was wearing a mask and I couldn't quite hear her over all the televisions and people, and she did not introduce herself to me. I was feeling stressed and anxious at this point. Throughout the cleaning, I got overwhelmed with the sounds, not knowing what was happening or why I could see a lot of blood and why it hurt so bad. It was becoming increasingly clear that the form I filled out was not so much as glanced at. She broke off part of a filling that needed replacing and said they would fix it today. I firmly said that I would not get it fixed today. About an hour into my appointment, when I had tears streaming down my face for half of it, the hygienist asked if I was anxious. She became much friendlier and asked for my feedback after this point with questions like "is that okay?" and "does that hurt?" After 90 minutes, I left the office. I need to get two fillings fixed, but will not get them done here.

I got a tooth decay in July 2018. I don't know why? It’s been five months now, my gums are still very painful. I have been looking for a doctor everywhere. I have been unable to find a reason. When I returned to the clinic one month after I was pulling the teeth, I told the doctor that it was still very painful. At that time, she only said that the gums would Natural healing, but this is not true. Now when I touch the gums, I can feel the bones of the tiny thorns. The doctor said that there is a problem with the extraction of the teeth, and even the nerves are hurt, causing my other teeth to be very painful. I am very disappointed. I am still in the hospital until now, I regret to go here to pull my teeth.
