I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. Dr. Postal and his assistant were more than accommodating with my fears. He took his time, didn't pressure me and reassured me every step of the way. He explained what he was doing as he was doing, and why. I went in for 2 fillings and ended up with 1 tooth being extracted instead. I was a nervous wreck. He was so gentle, I didn't even hardly feel the needles for freezing. Best experience I have ever had at a Dentist. I strongly recommend Dr. Postal and his team to help you.

Horrible clinic!!!!! I had asked to replace a fairly large silver filling on a molar for aesthetic purposes about a year ago. The doctor at the time without hesitation said she will do it without giving me any risks or potential outcomes. I paid for the new filling but I would get a sharp pain every time I bit down on that tooth. I went into the office 3 times trying to file the filling down which that point I found out my dentist had left and I received a new doctor. So they replaced the new filling but same thing happened. As they did small procedures to assess/fix I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR SOME OF THE PROCEDURES THROUGH MY INSURANCE. So upsetting when the hygentist walks you out of the clinic saying you are not charged, but I come to find out I have been through my insurance statements. I don't have an issue paying for procedures but if I'm going to be charged then please let me know not just doing it without my knowledge. I now have a cracked tooth that needs a crown.

I saw Dr. Susoeff for a difficult wisdom tooth extraction. I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and confident about the procedure. He had the tooth about before I knew it. I am still very happy how the procedure went! Love the staff there as well!

Wow. This clinic is breathtaking. The receptionist was so bubbly and nice. The inside is completely modern and they have a wall full of plants! I had a teeth cleaning and my hygienists was gental, but also fast. They even texted me and emailed me to remind me of my appointment. Happy to say I found my new dentist!

I did my research before coming to see Dr. Susoeff as I was in need of a dental implant after smashing my front 4 teeth in an accident. He had good reviews and competitive prices. They were able to get me in right away and even during the consult added a bit of temporary white filing to my last chipped tooth complimentary so I wouldn't walk out looking like I was straight from a horror film! I really appreciated it!! It was a long road to recovery but in the end he got me in quick to extract the tooth and gave me a temporary chicklet so I wouldn't be missing a tooth while I was sorting out my insurance. Eventually my two front teeth ended up dying from the impact to the nerves from my accident and he did the root canals and got all three crowns to match the implant. It looks great! I can't believe how lucky I am to have found such a skilled and caring dentist! Despite being a massive drive from across the city I wouldn't go to see anyone else!
