I had fillings done here and it was a bad experience. I had Dr. Simarjyot Randhawa. I had multiple fillings done and I was told that it would be fine to do them without numbing. It was very painful so I asked for them to numb me for the rest of the fillings. She injected me and started drilling almost immediately. She gave no time for the numbing to set in and it hurt again. While this was happening she kept letting the gauze fall down my throat multiple times almost chocking me. This lasted for a while and was exhausting. I have had fillings before and they were not this bad. I checked one of my teeth that was filled later on and it is literally shaped like a bowl. I have a molar shaped like a bowl... No grooves in it, just a nice place for food to sit in while I eat. I can stick my pinky finger in the hole it is quite large. I also noticed a chip in the same filling only months later. All of this work was exhausting and very expensive... I am going to another dentist to fix the mess that she left with the work she did on me.

I just left another dentist that made me realize this place was a torture chamber. The difference between the amount of pain I felt during a routine cleaning was night and day. I will never come back here again and strongly suggest others look elsewhere. It also took several threats of harrassment for them to stop calling me to come back in.

I can't say anything bad about dentist and dental service. I did some temporary filling and root canal, dentist was excellent. Did a great job. What really upset me is being unprofessional/unreliable with scheduling appointments. I think I was called 4 times to change different appointments. My girlfriend who booked appointment for the same day as me received a call maybe 20 min after we left (we went there personally so they don't get confused over the phone) if she could make it earlier. That was the last time

The Lady Dentist was good and friendly most specially Steph. I was contacted because I have a due for the remaining $150 after being contacted twice which I understand... After my 2,000 worth of dental benefit was maxed out. I came in today in good faith to settle the date and spoke to the most arrogant receptionist saying that if I don't pay it will go to collection because we were expecting you to come and pay last Friday ( for which I am out of town) Seriously? I understand the business but there could have been a different way to say that and not in an arrogant manner. Regardless of what my due is, I am still a patient and I deserve respect! My daughter and I will never go back to this place again!
