Hello Dental - Glenwood

Very Unprofessional, Extremely disappointed I had been to this place last summer, I was initially happy with the service provided, minus some insignificant problems with the work done. (Seems to be some overlapping on the veneers, not a big deal.) Anyway Dr. Is very nice as well as hygienist and assistant were super friendly and prompt in assisting. I had received a call saying I'm due for my cleaning. (I didn't call back) approximately 6 months after my appointments I get another call saying if I do not call back I will be sent to collections for outstanding balance. Confused, and upset I call them back and they say they have left me messages regarding this. Never have a received a message saying I owe money, only to book for a cleaning. So I pay even though I have coverage through my benefits and my partners... So I get another call saying I owe money. I disregard it as I had just paid. Get another call February 26, 2019 saying I owe money. I also receive a very rude letter in the mail saying "we are very disappointment that you have not paid the fee. If it is not paid we will send you to collections." My initial appointment was LAST YEAR, I was not informed of any fee. Until more than 8 months after the appointment. I thought their would be some lenience with payment since it took them 8 months for them to inform me of an outstanding balance. I again, received another call, just days after the other one saying they will send me to collections. I am appalled that they would leave messages like that on someone's voicemail. This is not professional at all. I am a person that pays their dues, but the service I have received is very disappointing. I will not go back to this clinic, nor recommend it to anyone.

staffs arent good in communicating and explaining their procedures about the service, price and payment with their patients and will expect you to pay for service that you did not ask for.half star for them.

They don't know how to process insurance properly. Also they dont answer they're phone but send unprofessional letters to you house. The dental assistants are amazing though.

Hands down the best dental office I have been to! Dr. Ahmad and his staff are amazing. Dr Ahmad is always super accommodating and got my fillings and all work done asap. By far the best and most reasonable prices I have ever seen, and for some procedures he charges as much as half as what other dentists charge. I had a chipped molar where he did a filling 6 months ago and he filled it back in at NO CHARGE! Super caring for his patients and will spend his own personal time making sure this is the case (if needed). The doctor and his staff are definitely out for your best interests and not just looking to make a quick buck off you! -CM

If you actually want a honest dental office then you come here! They have exceptional staff and a dentist who actually cares about patients. Dr. A will provide you with treatment options and give you pros/cons about each and will help you decide on the best possible route to take.
