Both my wife and I have been going to Cool Dental for 5 plus years. We are very pleased with their service. They all are very friendly and professional. Where else can you find a Fire truck play house and an actual Olympic Torch when Canada hosted the games. The waiting room is filled with amazing nostalgic articles from the past. The patient rooms have state of the art air purifiers in each one. We highly recommend Cool Dental.

This is not something I do often, but sometimes, people don't realize, and if it helps one person, then that's all that matters. My kids and husband have gone here a few times, I was caught off guard by the fact we had to pay so much on top of having dental insurance, but as I myself, do not like going to the dentist, had no idea this wasn't standard practice everywhere. The staff, the aesthetics of the office - superb. I have no complaints about either of those, but we were charged for nitrous for a cleaning which threw me (again, I have no idea what is done in dental procedures), but I paid for it. I did bring it up to my husband as it seemed odd to me, and sure enough, we were charged for something my son had not had. Lastly, I'm going to say that if you're searching for a dentist - shop around. Your insurance should come super close to covering checkups, cleanings, and fillings 100%. But I was quoted hundreds of dollars for one cavity, and another couple for a basic checkup, x-rays, and a cleaning. I just went somewhere else, and paid less than $3 for all of those things. That's it. I was under the impression there was still a basic guideline as far as costs go, but that seems to have gone out the window. As someone who has very little like for dentists, or anyone within poking distance of my mouth, it definitely did leave me with some ill feelings towards dentistry practice, as if I needed another reason with my history. Again the staff treated me very well, and my children - and the office is very nice, but most people are struggling for basic needs, and the cost is too much, even after insurance. *Editing to Add about their reply* Yes, the nitrous was removed, and was resubmitted, and the appointments were covered apart from that approximate $35 each for the kids. However, I still have a copy of the quote given for the 2 cavities to fill, which you wanted to do in 2 appointments, they would have been $180 per appointment, PLUS, I was quoted $200 after insurance for my cleaning, x-rays, and check up. That's wild. That's not a difference of less than $30, that's HUNDREDS of dollars difference.

Upon entering Cool Dental the office was clean, decor unique and waiting room comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had my teeth cleaned with Janna. She was amazing. Very gentle, thorough and informative. I highly recommend a dental visit to Cool Dental!

We are new to town and wanted to establish a new dentist to go to and saw Cool Dentist on the internet. As soon as we moved to Lethbridge I called and they were able to set up an appointment right away. I was very impressed by how they treated me as a new patient. They were very thorough in obtaining my past and previous health/dental information. They spent a lot of time taking pictures of each tooth, x-rays. Dr. Lachman made me feel comfortable right away and set up a plan to deal with some of my dental issues. The dental office has a very welcoming atmosphere - they even give you a plant!
