Wonderful experience. Clean inviting atmosphere. Ned Price is not only friendly and professional but very educated and considerate and officiant. Have to admit I also love the fish take in reception while waiting. Receptionist are always there to great you with a big warm welcoming smile. Hygienists are caring and also made sure I was always comfortable. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best experience at a Dentist in a while! The holistic approach is legit and I thought that the tools they used were almost easier to handle than other places! On your first visit, they will take your blood pressure as well which was helpful as I haven't checked it in some time!😁 Plus, they have a choice of sugar free and aspartame free gum or natural lip balm for your goodie bag! Great experience and beautiful new office. The chairs have Netflix above so you can watch your favorite show while you're getting worked on too. Also, new to the industry in Red Deer, 3D digital pictures and a full 3D top down analysis of your teeth! Pretty amazing!

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone is extremely friendly. The communication and options about my dental issue was fantastic. I felt empowered to make the best decision for me based on all of their info and perspective, not pressured. Highly recommend!!

Honestly feels they lied right to my face and scammed me out of my money. I feel reception is careless and not upfront with what their prices are as well as letting its clients know important information regarding appointments bookings or anything prior to getting booked in with them then hit you hard with a bill that leaves you broke. Was not given a quote regarding the total cost prior for work done. Only a partial cost for cleaning, which I had assumed was the total as I had asked for the total price of what I would be paying numerous times beforehand with and without the insurance coverage of my benefits. They said I didnt receive the full quote as they had sent it to my insurance however if that was the case why did I still receive quotes for the cleaning and the cleaning prior of how much i would be paying.. I also was having difficulty with my insurance as it wasnt going through so I doubt they sent me any information regarding the cost of my fillings at any point in time as they state they did. They also booked me in for another cleaning when I was just needing cavities fixed after that first initial cleaning and didnt put me in for my cavities at all. Here I was thinking my next appointment coming in was to get cavities fixed and showed up for another cleaning.. Everyone has their own experiences with different places but I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience here. 2 stars for eventually getting the work done I needed but expect them to take you for everything you own. Update: So a cavity is still there... Job was done quicker than expected now just realizing it was done half fast and rushed. 2 stars to 1. would be negative stars if that were an option. How frusterating and a massive waste of my time and money 👍
