We got a call from one of the receptionists last month (a week before Christmas) telling us that we still owe them about $500 from services that were done back in February and April 2018. She said that they've sent us letters letting us know that we still owe them that amount (which we never received). I wondered why only contact us in Dec for the services that were done months ago. I asked her to send me the documents of the said procedures. She did and I double checked it with both our insurances and the documents that the receptionists herself sent me showed that we don't owe them anything. So I called back and asked where the hell they got the amount that she was saying we still owe them. Apparently, it was an office mistake and they just haven't posted/updated their records. I feel like it's a scam. I wonder how many other they've called who just paid and didn't bother checking with their insurances. What kind of dental practice does not update their records for months???

Friendly professional and knowledgeable office. Have recommended Dr. Caroline to family and friends.

I will still continue to warn people away from this Dentist based on my own experience and discussions with other former patients of this practice. They finally managed to get rid of my original review but I will not allow it to stay that way. Will not recommend, and feel sorry for current customers who haven't figured it out yet.
