I have never had a cavity in my life so I was surprised when they told me I had a few. My boyfriend was in the same situation. I went back a 2.5 yrs later and not only did they tell me I had more but the one they fixed needed to be redone, that they only last 3-5 years. It hadn’t even been three yrs and I’ve never heard of getting fillings replaced that frequently. I went to another dentist and everything was fine. No new cavities and the filling did not need anything done to it. I’m upset I had them do the initial fillings because I’m sure that didn’t need to be done but I will never go back. My boyfriend and I are very happy with our new dentist in spruce grove

I had a bad experience with the billing. after being assured every visit that it is covered by her insurance, few weeks after, they called and billed her 3825 dollars. they even threatened me that it will be forwarded to the collection agency if she wont pay. Because I insisted that she has 3 different insurance and each covers 1500 dollars of major dental services, they tried to claim it again and acknowledge that it is their staff’s fault. Now they are still claiming 3,000 dollars from my insurances . Smiles dental issues are not totally fix yet but looks like They will need “GODs Help†before they will become a “good “ company my advice is to make sure you are covered before letting them do anything. the staff are not professional in handling these situations too. they will blame the clients to cover their butts. family friends and whole family moved to another dental clinic for better service and now we are happy. i will never recommend this facility.

These guys were awesome!! My boyfriends teeth were fractured in a late night hockey game and they were the only clinic that would take us after 11pm. Not even the hospital would help us. Great service! We are very thankful.

Smiles Dental Spruce Grove is one of the best dental offices I have been to! Ami made me feel welcome the minute I entered the office and relieved me of my dental fears. She was very polite, sweet and professional. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for a new dentist :)

Dr. Yeh and Dr Jinn have absolutely no consideration for patients just their money . Very unprofessional. Extremely rude. He did a filling on a tooth that did NOT have a cavity. Tremendously disappointed... I’ve heard from a couple of his patients that most, if not all of the 5 star reviews are PAID reviews. I will not be returning to any of his clinics, if only there was an option to give 0 stars. I have a lot of sympathy for his staff.all fake I am an ex Patient of smiles.I was warned not to place my real name for fear of retaliation. All my personal and social info is stored at smiles clinic computers.STAY AWAY .
