Can't recommend Stony Plain Dental enough. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable- they understand that they are probably not your favourite place to spend time, so they treat your time with importance. I have always been extremely nervous at the dentist. This year, I had to have my first cavities filled. Dr. Rashid understood my fear and gave me the option of sedation dentistry. Not only did this help immensely for that visit, but I feel more confident going to the dentist in the future as I know they'll take good care of my health and comfort. The dental techs are always so friendly and try to make cleanings as fast and as easy as possible. The receptionists are all great as well. They are always so friendly and really helped to calm me down when I had a wisdom tooth removal appointment. They go above and beyond for patient experience. Thank you, and I've recommended you to all my family and friends :)

Friendly staff, excellent communication and a extremely helpful in navigating my insurance! I didn't have to wait too long for my service, but I almost wish I did because their waiting room is awesome - coffee, juice, nice seating, arcade games and snacks out when I was in on valentines day.

The staff at Stony Plain dental are friendly and gentle. I have full benefits but always had to pay extra out of my pocket after each visit. I had to cancel an appointment and did not give 48 hours notice. I received a bill for $100.00 in the mail. That is a little extreme for a missed appointment. I have now found another dentist that bills according to the recommended pricing from the dental association. 👎

Dr. Ponsford has been so pleasant to deal with. From a regular check up to removing all of my wisdom teeth, she's always very soft spoken and gentle. Tara assisted and excelled at making me feel comfortable and explained the after care for the surgery very well. Overall always a great experience from when you arrive to when you leave. The receptionists are always very sweet and give prompt service. Looking forward to future appointments at Stony Plain Dental. :)
