I recently had porcelain veneers put in at ABC dental and the entire process was seamless. The dentist is very knowledgeable and professional, every step of the process was explained thoroughly. The rest of the staff were friendly and professional. While the dentist provided me with recommendations for my dental health, there was no up-selling at all. I would highly recommend.

Dentists and staff are good and does not try to sell you work you don't actually need just because you have insurance. They are upfront and honest with you about what does and does not need to be done. My only complaint is that they charged my husband a $100.00 deposit for some work he was having done, even though they know our plans would cover the whole cost. As of today's date my husband's plan has paid them and my plan has mailed them a cheque and they still refuse to refund his deposit until they have the funds in their hands. I don't understand why a deposit need to be charged to start with if our insurance is covering the cost, and why they feel the need to keep that deposit until all the funds are received when they know it's coming. I understand staff and labs need to be paid but the money should not have to come out of our pockets when our insurance is covering it and refused to give it back when they even know the amount and date the insurance cheque was mailed.
