I had a 2 wisdom teeth extracted at Brite Smiles. Immediately and the following 3 days I had a fever and infection. When I brought this information to the dentist they said it was "probably unrelated." 6 days after procedure I called at 9:55am and told them I think I have dry socket and was still in extreme pain. I asked if this was normal and they said they would call me back. I never received a call back. I called them at 3:30pm that afternoon to let them know another dentist had taken care of me. To me this was a pretty serious emergency. To them it was just a phone call they forgot about. They are happy to tear our teeth, but sadly don't really take any complaints about pain seriously.

Paid for an exam then had to come back for 2 fillings, I’m so sore a week later, the dentist gone for 2 weeks referred me to another dentist at different office, only one dentist at this joint

Boyfriend went in to get a tooth assessed. Last minute they decided they were going to pull it. They had to put in freezing three times just to numb his mouth enough to get anything done. While I was waiting for him almost every single person leaving said the same thing about how they didn’t freeze properly. Well he got his tooth pulled around 3:00, it’s now 8:04 and he’s gone through over 20 gauze to try and stop the bleeding. We were told to call after going through 7. So we’ve been calling since 6:30 to both of the numbers provided and no one is picking up! What’s the point of having their emergency number if they won’t answer their phones? Really disappointed and we will be finding a new dentist.
