These people do things without checking if it’s covered under your dental plan first. I guess they expect you to be the wizard of your own plan. The hygienist asked if my plan covered fluoride I said well it should like I don’t know. Or it will be 25$ she says . It took the lady 30 seconds to find out it wasn’t covered after she applied it thinking I would be ok with paying for something that wasn’t covered. This is the 2nd time I’ve been what I feel like a scam with this office. Brutal!! Don’t assume things take the 30 seconds so your patient can make an educated decision. I feel like a really stupid person for saying yes to it and I hope this review takes people away from being scammed like this. 25$ is 25$. Hope it was worth losing someone and probably more. A 3.6 as a google review score is terrible.. should have done my homework. Stay away!!!!!

Went there twice. I had a cleaning and some x-Rays done the first time. The woman doing the x-rays took about 5 because she said they just aren’t coming out right. The fifth time she said “oh well I guess I can’t get it. I’m sure it’s fine. The second time I went in with 2 concerns. 1 was that I had a pain in my tooth and another was that I had a spot on a tooth that I could not get off. So I made an appointment to have it looked at and to also have a cleaning. I told the hygienist my concerns and she said she will let the dr know once she has done the cleaning. Once she was done the cleaning she said rudely “Do you even know how to floss?” Then she proceeded to tell me that the cleaning took too long and that the Dr would not be able to see me. I asked if she could tell me anything about my sore tooth she said “Well if it’s still sore you’ll have to come back when the Dr can see you.” Needless to say I have not and will not go back. Such rude and unprofessional staff.

Dr. Cooney's freezing game is on point! 👌 Six fillings done by her, all as painless as I could ask for. I've also had work done by Dr. Grant and one other younger male dentist, and they were both good as well. Nice facility too. The ladies behind the reception desk are always friendly and helpful. It's nice that they're open later in the evenings too

Dr. Grant and his team have been nothing short of fantastic to deal with and did excellent work on my dental implant. They had very fair prices and always addressed any concerns I had.
