Unethical Practices

When my mother visited this clinic, they gave her unnecessary care in an effort to maximise their reimbursement from her insurance. The dentists are completely unqualified, and the lack of patient-doctor trust greatly worries me. I would never advise someone to do this. The personnel appeared disjointed, and you could tell they didn't collaborate. It is an extremely hazardous environment.

Neglect basic hygiene and safety measures.

The dental clinic's unethical practices include overtreating patients to increase profits, employing underqualified staff, and neglecting basic hygiene and safety measures. These practices compromise patient trust and safety, and can result in higher costs for patients and insurance companies.

Great and friendly dental experience for the whole family. And very accommodating schedule especially Sunday, really works for us. I got wisdom tooth extraction and I recover fast, my husband got root canal and my kids got their cleaning and check up. At first, they feel sacred, but with the help of friendly dentist and accommodating staff, they loved to go back! 😂☺️Thank you guys! Appreciate your efforts! 👏

My first experience at Greenwood Dental on McPhillips was great! Just before the new year, I had a chipped tooth emergency. I've always been going to another dental office but due to short notice, my usual dental office were unable to take me in. A colleague of mine recommended me to give Greenwoods Dental a call. They took me in within the hour. Filled and fixed my chipped tooth with no issues. Due to the great experience, I decided to book a cleaning with them.. I've been going to another dental office for the past 23 years. I hated going to the dentist, I did not like the uncomfortable pain, grinding, and always had difficulty in breathing due to being anxious. My dental hygienist, Kimberly, was very professional and took note of the issues I had of going to the dentist for cleaning. For the first time, I had no issues with my cleaning, no pain whatsoever. She was amazing, and overall made it a great experience. I will be booking with her from now on moving forward! The Dentist, Dr. Vipul, was great and informative, would recommend to friends and family.

I have been going to this dental office for years and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean. My dentist, Dr Kim, is kind and patient. Their hours accommodate my busy work schedule. I cannot say enough nice things!!

My 9 year old boy had the best experience ever! The staff were amazing and provided such amazing professional service. Everyone was so friendly and made my 9 year old son feel comfortable and safe. He is actually excited to come back! Dr. Vipul and all the staff were amazing and I thank them for giving my son a wonderful positive experience.

I had a great experience at Greenwoods Dental on Pembina. The receptionists were all friendly and welcoming. Hygienist, Judy, was very thorough and explained everything she was going to do before doing it. Getting my teeth cleaned was a breeze. Dr. Alex came in after and had a look and explained what needed to be done next to fix the problem I came about (root canal...ugh 😔) I don't usually care for the dentist but they all made it a pleasurable experience.
