This review rating is not to reflect Dr. Diamond himself, but rather the front desk staff. I was given an appointment for 3pm, and upon verifying on the phone the receptionist told me it was at 2:30 (which was wrong so somebody booked me incorrectly) and when I responded that I could not make it for that time they said "okay, well 3:30 is okay". When I arrived at 3:30 a different woman told me I had missed my appointment at 2:30. I proceeded to explain my situation and the staff was very rude to me. Dr. Diamond is great, so it's a shame his staff has deterred me from his office.

I've been seeing Dr.Diamond for almost 10 years now. Always polite and friendly. I highly recommend him for anyone who dreads going to the dentist. It's still not much fun, but there are worse places to get your teeth drilled by far.

Excellent service - no complaints. Very accommodating. Thanks

The front desk staff are unprofessional and frankly incompetent. Every single time myself or my husband had an appointment over two years, they were unable to get our insurance right and frequently billed us incorrectly. Further, their phone etiquette and email exchanges have been rude. The hygienist is wonderful though so it's a shame that the front desk has made our experience so unpleasant.
