Do not use, this dental office has very poor customer service skills. Every time I've had to speak with the older woman at reception she's always been rude. Then wait until you've had your appointment and they take you out to talk about payment- all air of friendliness and customer service goes right out the door and the woman they leave you to deal with is also extremely rude. If I'm at the dentist office I obviously have money to pay for my appointment. Whether you get it ALL that day or I come back in the next day to pay off the remaining balance, use a credit card, wait for my insurance to go through, etc trust me money grubbers you'll get your money. Only positive thing about the experience was the male dentist and the female hygienist were actually very friendly. I've been told around town though that other dental offices are extremely kind to their patients and are just as, if not more knowledgeable. This office used to be a great place back when the original Mike the Molar worked here. Since then he's moved on to another area or possibly even retired now. Will be switching to another office for sure.

I visited during covid and was impressed with their precautions. I also appreciated that the Dr. spent time explaining my problem and was given options to choose from.

My daughter always comes out with a positive view of the dentist and her experience. They helped me sign up for healthy smiles. I love this place.

Mike the Molar has been opened for one day, and this was my first visit since COVID-19 started, and it was excellent. The instructions were clear, and even though this was their first day, after implementing the changes, it was flawless. And my visit was great, my teeth were cleaned properly, and one problem solved - all in record time. Well done.

I am always nervous going to the dentist, however, since I have been going to Mike The Molar, my nervousness and anxiety about it is getting much better! Dr Steve and the rest of the staff there are truly amazing! I have never felt such ease and comfort sitting in a dentist's chair. Thank You All for making my experience much less stressful and much more relaxing 💞
