I changed dentists because I moved to Brampton. At my previous dentist appts my hygienist would always rave about how easy it was to clean my teeth because I took such good care of them. After getting xrays at Brampton North Dental I was told that I had 11 fillings that needed to be replaced. Obviously this was surprising to me considering my history from my previous dentist. After phoning my insurance they found I only had $1,000 coverage per year. They wanted to discuss how I would pay for the balance. I told them I would only get work done that was covered by the insurance policy. Then I was told that would be only three teeth. I said that's all we'll have to do then until next year. Her next comment was "don't you have a health spending account also"? At the end of the day, it seems that this office has one goal and that is to use up as much insurance money as it can. I believe they push to do work that is unnecessary in order to make more money. I have since gone back to my old dentist whom I trust and would rather drive the distance then try another dentist. He has told me that only two of my fillings needed to be replaced. The reason I gave two stars and not zero stars is because the staff there are friendly and very attentive.

The kindest and friendliest service I have ever recieved from a dental office. Everyone at the office is so kind and sweet. They remember you and take your issues as their own, whether it's Lorelie or Lisa at the front or Tina or Charlene in the back. Everyone is such a pleasure! Dr. Rahimi is very knowledgeable and is very warm and welcoming. She describes what processes she's gone through and makes you feel at ease. You feel at home at Brampton North Dental. Don't miss out!

I chose Brampton North Dental because my grandson broke a tooth and needed a dentist, and I could get him an appointment the same day close to his daycare. It was the best thing that could have happened. I have had several dentists over the years, and I can honestly say that I have never gone to an appointment with no hesitation and no worries - until now. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and the premises are super clean! Dr. Rahimi and her team are the best...
