ParkPlace Junior, General Dentists 4 Kids

***ADDED AND UPDATE*** First of all let me say that I have brought my son to 2 dentist before we came here.. First one didn't work out the second it only worked out cause they used laughing gas on him.. As soon as we go in they made sure we got taken care of right away and you can see that this place is for kids cause the feeling of the area and set up make any kid feel welcomed.. I'm so happy that they were accepting new patients and since someone canceled they were able to schedule my son to be seen by the dentist today. One of the plus I must say about this place is that they do direct billing.. I had to deal with the second dentist we tried we had to pay up front and send in the papers ourself and wait for the reimbursement and we all know going to the dentist is like giving them your whole house it cost so much so not having to pay first and just let them do the direct billing was such a happy thing to hear cause it gives and ease of mind.. Second the staff are very patient I have seen dentist where they force the child to sit of get the parents to hold the child down instead of getting to know the child and building the trust as the dentist we saw today said so that was something I was happy to hear cause my son he is 5 and he went through enough trauma that he is afraid and he cried before they could do anything to him and to hear they want to take it slow build the trust with him made us feel comfortable. If you have 5 to zero patience with kids don't be a dentist for kids cause they tend to get scared or nervous. Despite my son being afraid and it was his first time here he knows he has to go back and he is prepared and ready and he was very happy that they didn't force him to clean or do anything to his tooth.. Thank you again to the staff and dentist for the patience and want to take it easy on my son ** UPDATE ** today my son had his second appointment and I am extremely happy words can't describe how thrilled I was when I saw my son cooperating with the staff when I left the room they were able to gain his trust and get what he needed to be done.. I want to say again a big big thank you for making my son feel safe and comfortable.. and even my husband said the place feels cozy and not like a scary dentist office **UPDATE NO.2** this have officially been the dentist for both my kiddos.. the staff are always welcoming and very patient. My son finally became comfortable in going to the dentist in general and as for my daughter shes still not use to the dentist but the staff is very understanding, helpful, kind and patient with her.. I can say that they are the best dentist for children and would definitely recommend them to all my friends with kids

Park Place Junior is an amazing place!! Hands down amazing staff! But most importantly Dr. Alexia and her beautiful bubbly energetic always happy Assistant Beatrice always with a beautiful smile oh my world!! That girl is amazing at what she does!!! My daughter was so nervous. But Beatrice took her time to make sure my child was at ease my child was so relaxed she had all her work done with NO LAUGHING GAS!! I have been coming here for about 3 years have seen all the Doctors work with their assistant as a team but believe me when I say Dr. Alexia and her assistant Beatrice are the best Team in Park Place Junior they are so professional! And are amazing with kids those two are a keeper! My kids always look forward in coming to see just them! They even have conversations about their Doctor and her assistant about how nice they are!! For me that is what I want to hear as a parent that my child is not only happy but trust the people working in their mouth! Dr. Alexia and Beatrice hope you see this review because you two beautiful ladies have put a smile on my kids face and my face forever ! Thank You for taking care of my kids as if they were yours! This is a fantastic dental experience for any little one. My little person was anxious and we haven't been the the dentist for a couple years because of bad previous experience. But the job got done and he was able to manage an experience that was anxiety provoking for him and he was successful. The staff are sweet, friendly, kind and knowledgeable and I like the added touch of pulling me back to review xrays and talk to me and show me me details of what's being viewed and further investigated. And all this without being rushed. A great place and I'll be visiting the adult Parkplace partner for myself next. Thank you for such a positive experience.
