Great little office a stones throw away from Jackson Square, the staff are friendly and accommodating the second you walk through the door, I haven't been to a dentist in YEARS due to previously never having had benefits til now and fear of costs, I needed some cleaning done in 4 stages and due to my scheduling it was a bit difficult to find the times, got my examination done and had the next day off conveniently, they immediately scheduled me in the day within a few hours and stage one of 4 session cleaning is now out of the way. The office is clean, well kept, the staff explain everything they're about to do to you and the hygienist and Dr. Mark were knowledgeable, fun and more than happy to address any qualms I may have had regarding the visit and payments. Having not been back in a dentists office since I was quite young this team made returning an absolute breeze.

This is an amazing place, I had a worst case scenario (very rare and no fault of the dentists) happen a tool broke up in my tooth during my root canal. I felt so supported through this all my questions where answered and nothing was hidden so I could make the best decision possible and I felt supported in which every way I choose to go. More importantly I felt like the support would continue even after I went home. I suffer from anxiety and am really not a fan of the unexpected, yet I left this appointment feeling good about my choose, and very safe in that I felt they did right by me and would continue to do so. Every other appointment I had there was just a supportive and good, but I think it speaks volumes when the dentist and staff can still make you feel personal cared for even when the unexpected happens!

Friendly, professional staff from the reception room to procedure room. I never have to wait very long, and while I wait, they have coffee/tea/hot chocolate/apples! They have extended and weekend hours so I can set an appointment in on my schedule. Hygienists are great and take their time to do a thorough job while making sure I am comfortable throughout the cleaning. The dentist is super friendly, and more importantly, very skilled, which makes me comfortable when they do fillings. I highly recommend this dentist.

Today I met a new dental hygienist. She was super friendly and she was very gentle but thorough when doing my cleaning. The receptionist took care of billing my insurance company directly. Dr. Mark and staff are always friendly, courteous, and gentle. They do an excellent job by always making me feel comfortable and address any concerns I may have. Great experience everytime and they do great work!

I've had some unpleasant experience's with dentists in the past. So I was afraid to see a dentist regularly. It's not a good idea to stay away because your afraid. When I asked if I could have a female dentist, they obliged me no questions asked. They made me feel safe and they informed me with what had to be done. I needed a bit of TLC and that's exactly what I got. I was making my next appointment and I was given a complimentary loaf of homemade cinnamon raisin bread. Does it get any better then that. I will never see another dentist as long as I have Grover dental. They are caring, careful and very kind people that work there. I love it :) :) :)
