Horrible experience. The Dentist,an older man , forcefully and way to fast plunged novacaine into gums ,4 times,,also ripped gum on actual tooth extraction.To be honest I think he even changed angle, while needle inserted in my gums.. Was sore for two weeks after visit. And Real bad sore...Female dentist helper,(can't call her a dental assistant ,that's for sure ), was so ignorant , didn't even sit down while working the suction tube , also both uncaring when I asked questions about the amount of pain I now felt ,and if it would go away fast, (was sorer than when i went in ),and they both answered , "we don't know".... Never ever ,ever, ever go there people.. ....Worst experience I ever had going to a dentist for a simple tooth extraction .. Was sore for weeks. Unprofessional , ignorant , and possibly even incompetent workers. Everyone I met there were as ignorant and mean as they could possibly be I'd say. Again , go anywhere else but here... For real......... Oh, and ever funny, on bad reviews,and there's MANY, Eastgate owner says ,, " Were sorry about the horrible service and treatment you received at Eastgate Dental, please call our ignorant receptionist for your concerns ".. What can that do to correct a horrible,painful, dentist visit???? .. What a Joke....Sure wish I looked at the reviews on Google before I went there. Now I'm leery again about going to ANY dentist. Thanks a lot Eastgate Dental.....For the worst dentist trip ever..
Update. . They even lie. My extraction WAS one simple tooth. Eastgate Dental Owner , I would like you to, no actually I dare you to post whatever the complications were that you say was so difficult . (((You sir are a liar))).. To everyone with tooth troubles , I urge you to not go here, and if you do , leave your experienced treatment comments right here on google. I'm sure most will be traumatic. People need to know what kind of place this is.
