The receptionists charged a fee to my credit card and not my husbands which is the one who had the procedure. When I called to request them to refund my credit card and charge my husbands, they refused and said it would mess their accounting system up. After much back and forth, I had to absorbed the cost. They said going forward they would separate our accounts but that doesn't change the fact that they could of been more understanding and make the changes. The fact my husband first initially paid with his card the fees up-front should of been relevant to my request. Seems like they don't want to be bothered. What's the big issue to refund a credit card and charge another one? Stores and companies all over the world do this on a daily basis. But not Mer Bleue Dental Centre.
