I went to Dr. Eid for about 9 years and felt he did a good job with my routine cleanings, preventative visits and x-rays. One filling he did on the surface of my tooth (bonding) didn't last too long and he fixed it at no cost, so that was the only issue I had with his office in 9 years, and it was resolved very well. It was perfectly located as I worked in the same building. I wouldn't recommend this office for kids as it's a more professional environment and doesn't have stuff that I saw to entertain/distract kids. There were nice massage chairs in the waiting area.

Dr. Holm and the team are compassionate and professional! I was nervous about an extraction and Dr. Holm listened to my concerns and together we found solutions to put me at ease. The team took time to expalin aftercare and what to expect following the procedure. Overall a great experience - I would highly recommend Apple's central dental.

My husband and I were patients at Central Dental for over 6 years and recieved great service. Unfortunately, the service has declined substantially since merging with Apple. The cleaning I recieved from the new hygienist was okay, but mediocre compared to the old hygienist I had. I was offered free whitening gel for life when I got a custom tray. The staff explained this was offered because the whitening gel is free from the company. With the merge, I was advised I now have to pay $60 for it. I feel like I should have been grandfathered in. Billing also seems to be an issue. I never once had an incorrect bill pre-merger. Now I get a call for an outstanding balance after I have paid the amount requested at the appt and the individual spoke to the insurance company before taking my payment. I will give one star for the friendly demeanor of the new staff, I have no complaints with that. A second star since the service is not entirely awful. They are okay if you are looking for dental services, but nothing special. My husband changed services after his first experience with them post merger, now our daughter and I are no longer patients either. Edited in response to Apple: You did not provide any whitening gel at the last visit as you state. I declined it due to the $60 fee. I was advised that Dr Eid made deals with people, but that is now a thing of the past, so I would need to pay for the gel. In reference to changing your whitening gel supplier, that isn't an acceptable reason to stop honoring the agreement. Thank you for the offer to return as patients at a later date, but I think we will pass. I understand your desire to defend your name, but lying to do so really isn't an acceptable way to do that.

No complaints from my first visit. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location appeals to me the most. Parking is a huge drag In this area unfortunately. Next time I will walk. I felt well respected and informed of the procedure that were going on. Recommended. Note: I'm waiting for an estimate on single tooth crown. Price does matter. I will add or remove a star upon receipt of this quotation. Stay tuned!
