I have been going to City Smiles for a number of years. All the staff are very efficient and friendly. They have always treated me very well and I enjoy going Dr Gill is very personable and I always feel like I am a valued patient and that my dental health is important. I have never felt he has recommended work that is not necessary. I recently broke a tooth and was able to communicate this to one of the staff after hours and my tooth was repaired by noon the next day. Dr Gill clearly explained what had happened and how he was going to repair it. He warned me before the procedure that there was a risk of it being a more complex procedure but it was not required. Excellent office all around. I have recommended City Smiles to a number of my friends.

I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. I didn’t like my previous dentists. Dr. Gill is amazing. Rachel (The hygienist) is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to get to know her patients and to make them feel comfortable. She went out of her way to get my bubble gum fluoride which I loved when I was a child. Amazing dentist and hygienists and staff.

My son had his first dentist visit here a little while ago, and has since gotten fillings. He asks me all the time when he gets to go back to see Dr.Gill and his staff! Everyone is so welcoming and just wonderful!! They work so well with nervous children and have the best stories they tell to ease the nerves!! My son had an appointment yesterday, and has since told everyone and anyone who will listen how brave he is and how FUN the dentist is! I highly recommend City Smiles to everyone!!

One of the best and honest dentist in kitchener. My husband falls asleep while he's working on his teeth. Kids barely feel any local anesthetic. Staff are amazing, knowledgeable and very friendly.
