Cheap and rushed

Absolutely the worst dental experience I have ever had. Everything from the amount of care to the products used was the bare minimum, and this seems to a common complaint from other Longo clients - overbilling, upselling, rude bill collections, etc. Plenty of other dentist - don't choose this one.

This dental office is the most professional, efficient and friendliest place I've ever been to. I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of Longo Dentistry! And my daughter loves it there too, as Dr. Longo is great with kids. I highly recommend this dental office! Thank you!

I find all the staff at Longo Dentistry to be caring and friendly. I have had many good experiences at this dental office and would recommend it to my family and friends.

I tired to make an appointment today to get a new retainer as my current dentist does not make retainers. I received a phone call back saying I could not come into their office as I had $40 outstanding which they had to write off...? The receptionist who left the voicemail was incredibly rude. I called back, left them a voicemail saying I did not appreciate the message I received. Advised them I was never billed the $40. I had already told them the reason I had to switch dentists was because I moved. I told them if they mailed something and did not get a response then they should have phoned me (which they never did) and furthermore they could have emailed me the invoice as I know for a fact they have my email address. I told them I do not leave bills outstanding and I would like to pay the minuscule amount of $40 and never return to their office again.

I am now 77 yrs old. I have been to Longos Dentistry for years. Won't say how many. Lol Went yesterday and had a new front tooth made. As usual the staff there are delightful. Dr Longo is the best. Kyla assisted Dr Longo with my procedure. She is so kind, caring and informative. Makes yu feel totally comfortable.

Where do I begin. They were sweet as pie the first appointment. Second, same experience. Third? No. They fixed a broken tooth which fell out less than two weeks later. I get a call in which the receptionist was extremely degrading and rude. I tried to be polite. But it was clear that was not helping. When you use cheap products and it falls out that quickly I don't think you have a right to be ignorant and rude to a patient. It's clear all they care about is money. People don't need to be spoken to in the way I was. I'm not a rude person. The receptionist needs sensitivity training big time. Really disgusted by this place.
