In the past 30 years, the search for a dental office came up once in a while for different reasons. The search may be triggered by the retirement of dentists, office or home relocation. I often relied on referrals from friends and colleagues to find a new dental office and the results turned out to be quite well. Simon Yeh office was however not a referral from friends or colleagues. I found Simon Yeh dental office from web research when my Dad needed dental service after moving to his new home in Markham in 2018. When I also needed to find a dental office in 2020, I decided to give Simon Yeh dental office a try. I just had my first cleaning job done at Simon’s office yesterday. I am extremely impressed by the job done by Eileen, the dental hygienist. She was well mannered and did a very thorough job without hurting me in any shape or form. The front staff, Sharon, was polite and provided excellent customer service. Simon explained his assessment clearly and provided superb bedside manner. The only downside is the office set up. As the treatment areas for each patient are only separated by shoulder height walls, one can hear clearly the conversations going on in areas next to each other. This does not bother me much but those who have a keen issue with privacy may need to take this into consideration.

I have been seeing this dental centre ever since I was a kid and has always had a great time. The dentists, nurses, and administration workers are all extremely kind and recognize me every time I go. The dentists are very careful, professional, and safe. The clinic also has different toys for children, which I loved when I was young. When I have children, I will definitely bring them here. I highly recommend Liberty Square Dental Centre.

I have been coming here for many years since the dental office first opened. The doctors and hygienists here are very pleasant, thorough and patient when working with you. They explain your situation to help you understand each step and also provide options for treatments without ever pressuring you into one decision or another. The front desk is always very nice and provides very helpful reminders for your appointment, which is extremely useful for someone as forgetful as me. I trust this dental clinic very much and have relied on them for many years and many more to come.

So glad they are open now. The staffs are really nice. They asked me to wear masks and wash hands and measure my temperature. The office is so clean and I feel safe.

Our family has been seeing the doctors here for many years and they are always attentive and caring. We get our routine cleaning and checkups here and have also had some fairly complicated procedures done. Overall the clinic is very well run and the staff are always very professional and helpful.
