I went to this clinic 3 years and was happy with the service and doctors. Today I came for Invisalign consultation. I came to room 4 and sit in the chair and I saw it - There was a cockroach on the ceiling!!! As soon as I saw it I want to leave this place and never come back. It should be the cleanest place, if they have cockroaches there is a question about equipment cleanliness and cleanliness of the place in general . I told it to nurse, to the doctor and to receptionist- they didn’t explain it and just said ok, thank you. My friends and my husband used this clinic, but now all of us will need find another clinic. The worst receptionist ever!!!!!!! We have 3 family member usually goes here for dental, Doctor Sun very patient and professional. It just those staff at the reception are the worst. First time I went there, i asked one of the lady from the desk about which room were my husband at cause my kid was looking for him, i told the lady for 3 times I just wanna know the room number, I don’t what’s wrong with her, she asked my name, appt date and time, and I said “okay I got my husband room number, thank you.” I left, she finally noticed and saids “oh I thought you have an appointment with us” Omg Second time, we visited there at the weekend, the building is closed for entrance so you have to push the button from the door to contact with them, same lady again, I told her could she can open the door please, she asked me what’s the purpose for today? I was like seriously?! Of course for dental visit. The last time I went, I have my insurance and it has coverages for the dental for 80% for sure, cause before I got there I checked, after the visit, I clearly heard the assistant told the middle age man there saids my visit it’s coverages and deductible i just need the receipt that it, I don’t what wrong with those people who work at the desk, they were busy, got mistake my name and forces me to pay, I double checked with them, they finally got the correct file account, but still forces me to pay for deposit, unfortunately, I do not have enough cash with me with only $50, I told them I could pay at the coming weekend cause my husband had to visit anyway. But still, they took my $50 but didn’t write anything shown that they took my money as deposit, I asked them if they could provide me any recipes that state they have took my deposit but they said they don’t usually provide it, i was concerned how did they know that I have paid the deposit and how could I get back if the insurance had processed, I told them at least written on my copy receipt as an evidence. I truly like the doctor and nurse there but those people at the desk has to be more training on their customer service skills.

I'm a recent customer and have been here about five times so far. Always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Simon Lee, who is caring and professional. I used to fear dentists, but not anymore! Rest of the staff is also friendly, and the environment/atmosphere is clean and gives off a relaxing vibe. Will definitely come back.
