IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECK WITH OTHER LOCAL DENTIST REGARDING WORK TO ENSURE THAT IT IS NECESSARY AND PRICING BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. NOT MENTION HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My first and definitely last time at this dentist. Went in for a regular cleaning, which was 99% done by the hygienist. It was more painful than it should've been and was accompanied by a lot of bleeding. After the cleaning, the dentist came in (never introduced himself, still don't know his name) to exam the x-rays. He stared at them for about 10 seconds while reciting a bunch of letters and numbers (relative to teeth I'm assuming?). Then turned back at me and told me in a discerning tone that I had EIGHT (8!!!!) cavities. This was surprising to me because I haven't had a cavity in almost 8 years. He then continued to ask me questions in a very aggressive manner: "Who referred you here?" "Do you have insurance? How much insurance? How much do they cover?" He then left the room without ever showing me the cavities in my mouth or on the x-rays, which were very poor quality. The hygienist then said I had "multiple" cavities and that I should get some fixed this year and use up my benefits, and some next year when my benefits reset. Went back out to the receptionist where she scheduled appointments for me, one a month later and a few in the new year, to get all my cavities filled. After that visit, I went to another dentist for a second opinion. I told her the situation, she did an examination, checked the x-rays, and assured me that I did not have 8 cavities. I did have to get a filling, though it was an old filling that needed to be replaced. Absolutely the worst medical experience I have ever encountered. Very unprofessional (and unethical?). Would not recommend to anyone.

I had 2 teeth filled and my top 2 wisdom teeth extracted. The price is very cheap for people with no insurance and the process was smooth and very painless! The dentist (Dr. Ryan) was skilled and explained everything thoroughly including any risks and potential extra costs, etc. He was also very honest about what actually needed to be filled and what was an arrested decay that could be left alone or monitored. I would definitely go again for any future dental procedures.

All of my family members have been regular patients to this dentist for years and we haven't had a single issue. They are exceptional professionals and highly skilled people. I don't understand the previous reviews regarding 'bad services', since I usually get the very opposite impressions from every visit - they are almost 'too' nice. When I had a problem with my insurance company (caused by my company), and didn't pay for the regular checkup service I had for a month or so, thinking the issue will be solved quickly, they were patient and understanding the whole time.

Good service and very affordable price if you dont have insurance. Dr. Kwon tried to explain and help with every concern I have with no charge. I was impressed.
