Staff at the front desk were very friendly and polite. Marcella (hope I didnt spell the name wrong) was very nice and did a great job with my smile. This particular day the staff were all in Raptors apparel and I thought that was super cool. Excellent experience overall! Keep up the great work and Go Raptors Go!

I don’t think anyone really likes the dentist but it is what it is. The great thing about Heritage House Dental is they do everything they can to make you feel at ease, which is important in a place where most are already so on edge. They’re all so patient, understanding and genuinely kind! It seems obvious that they’re honest and I don’t ever feel overcharged. As someone without benefits, this is a place I don’t mind spending my money. I know I’m in good hands.

Took great care of me. Compensated for being late. Staff are amazing. Very friendly. Clean office. Lots of helpful tips and information during the exam.

I have dental insurance which covers 100% of the first check up and teeth cleaning of the year, unfortunately some of the procedures they perform are not covered under this definition of "regular" cleaning and therefore must charge their patient for the procedure. While this is understandable, they failed to disclose this detail prior to receiving treatment and we are left paying a "surprise" invoice for this treatment. Had I been advised of this inquiry, I would not have gone forward with the treatment as I only want procedures that are covered by my insurance company to be performed on me so I'm not left paying any surprise amount. I am unhappy with this sort of business practice of not fully disclosing the financial stipulations of the treatment before going through with it despite being so busy. Regardless of how busy this place, there is no excuse why you can't disclose vital information such as this. If you are a first time patient please be advised as to what procedures are fully covered by your insurance and why you may be billed any amount. They even request a credit card on file which clearly indicates they are aware of this practice despite assuring you that your card may not be charged. No dentistry I've been to thus far performs these kinds of practices, and to anyone reading this please be aware of what you are dealing with. And ask questions as to what is going on and what's covered and not covered before receive treatment. Most people do not want to pay dental treatment out of pocket because they have insurance. To add to this review, every dentistry I've been to has never even asked for my credit card to be held on file, let alone perform these kind of practices. That being said, how could I have known to specifically request my treatment to be done by the limitations of my insurance when I've never had to worry about it from any other dentistry.

The attention and care they provide has no comparison, it's excellent. I called last night because I had discomfort and they saw me today and helped me with my problem. I'm very pleased and recommend them 100%.
