Excellence at best! I've been going here my whole life and no complaints what so ever for Dr. Paillon 💜

if I could give zero stars I would. my girlfriend had an apointment at 4:00 for a consultation. no work, just a consultation. it is now 5:00. been here since 3:30. there is a woman in the waiting room who has been here since 2:00, and is still waiting. waiting room is packed and some of us have to stand. the receptionist was very rude. also, the dentist and assistants are opening doors and touching things around the office without changing gloves. gross and unprofessional. do not come here.

Wish there was some way to give minus 2 stars for this unprofessional dirt-bag lady! If I could sue I would. She broke my tooth but never told me. There was so much anesthetic I didn't feel it. She just made a scarred face looked at the assistant. Stopped the process. Told me I was done and no need to come for the second scheduled visit. Likely she billed the insurance for both visits and a completed job??? Fraud...Told me to visit my dentist they would complete the process. Never ever telling me why. There was thousands invested in a root canal & crown as it was my front tooth. Then thousands billed for breaking my front tooth so it had to be removed. Don't ever allow this person to touch your mouth you may regret it for life like I am!!!!!

Even though I dont like to write bad reviews, unfortunatley I have tried to get in touch with their office and the only number listed is disconnected. I had a root canal with Dr Okeefe in early summer 2017 -- and although I really liked her and her staff and it seemed successful, about 5 months later I started having pain in the same tooth, my regular dentist told me to see a different specialist, which I did, and he was amazing, he had a 3D xray machine which showed him definitively that Dr Okeefe did not go deep enough and that I had another infection which was causing the pain... He had to retreat the root canal. I hope that this review will lead Dr Okeefe or staff to reach out to me, and if possible refund the money that I had to pay for the root canal out of pocket, as I had to may out of pocket for the retreat. If she does reach out I will amend my review. I am not a spiteful person its just frustrating that I went through 3 appointments with Dr Okeefe -- a specialist, and months later I am having pain in the same tooth, and to be told that it was very suprising that a specialist had even done the job like that. I gave two stars because everyone makes mistakes and maybe something was going on, and I really liked the staff and Dr. Okeefe herself, but at the end of the day, the job was not done right.

I had a root canal appointment at 12:30. I was not in the chair until 1:30 and no one came in to work on my root canal until 2:30. The dentist was extremely unprofessional, as she gossiped with the hygienist while working on my root canal and was using various tools in my mouth while looking at the hygienist and talking. when I arrived for my follow up appointment, I arrived on time at 12:30, and the door to the building was locked. I had to google the number for the office to call the receptionist to come let me in.
