I had such a wonderful experience at this office. Dr Raimondo is so caring and patient. Jenni was such a great support through the process. And Mary’s unwavering patience is like no other. I cannot recommend this Dentist office highly enough. I need more stars! Thank you all for your caring & support.

Our dental consultation visit was very impressive. Staff and dentists are very friendly caring and informative. We do not feel rushed out and all our questions were answered. 5 plus stars

I went in on Tuesday 27th and they had me in the following Friday, i Jan a broken tooth and a chipped tooth. Dr. Gill fixed my front teeth to perfection without any discomfort, I actually fell asleep, the first time ever at a dentist. Dr. Gill pulled a wisdom tooth in about 1 minutes flat with no pressure at all. He is the most gentle dentist i have ever come across in all my days. I recommend this dentist and will stay with this dentist.

Raimondo no longer owns this practice. It has been bought out by an investment group that owns several other dental offices in Ontario from Oshawa to Niagara. Raimondo is now just an employee. New ownership hopefully dismisses this loser. I could no longer tolerate his demeaning attitude towards his staff (all women I might add), nor could I tolerate his sister Mary who consistently and disrespectfully changed our appointments last minute!! Seriously, who does that to other professionals? Hopefully, new ownership will end the chaos that was always on display under Raimondo's direction. They were perennially behind on appointments and sometimes even cancelled existing appointments while we waited because they apparently had over-booked!! And that was always Mary's position - yet another disturbing reason why my family and I went elsewhere.

My wife and I have been with Dr. Raimondo for a number of years after recommendations from friends. He is a fantastic dentist, very friendly and has an approachable manner. His hygenists are first class and the receptionists are very friendly and very efficient in patient appointments who work well with the patients to optimize appointment times.
