Installations are clean and modern, and the team is very friendly and professional.

Dr. A. Macdonald and staff are very friendly and helpful. Always a kind voice at the office. Atmosphere is pleasant and you can even enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee if you have to wait, which is very seldom. I enjoy the lifetime whitening that I received as a new client. Works wonders. Not a fan of any needles and Dr. Macdonald is compassionate in this regard. I highly recommend everyone makes him their number 1 Dentist in Simcoe. Trust Me. I have had some not wanted experiences elsewhere. Thanks Dr. M and staff, Yvonne

I was quite frustrated with my last visit. I specifically asked for Dr. MacDonald, and was told that would be who I was seeing, and he wasn't even there that day! Going to the dentist is not a fun experience for me and to be dealt with by a doctor who is condescending and not understanding, is very frustrating and upsetting for me. Not sure if I will be back unfortunately. The hygienist was great however.

This was my first visit to Parkside - Simcoe.(transferring in from a Brantford dentist) Overall, they are a very friendly staff. Warm and welcoming office environment. The receptionist had mixed up some forms etc and we finally got that straightened out.I found the dental hygienist, (maybe new not sure?) had difficulty getting the x-ray stamp into my mouth and I ended up with little cuts on both insides. (ouchie) She apologized and that was great, but I left feeling a little ticked off because of it. Dr. Macdonald is very friendly and after this first visit, although I have not had any work done, believe him to be competent in his field.

I've been a patient of Dr. MacDonald's for many many years and I can't say anything but good things. I had TMJ with headaches every day - I'm cured!
