HORRIBLE waiting times. You have an appointment for 2. You don’t get out till 3:45. This happens all the time. Great staff. Just the amount of time it takes have an appointment. Go someplace else

Dr. Schacher and all staff is not just one of the best, but simply the best in Ontario. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone

RIDICULOUS WAIT TIMES! I am pleased my 2 children are getting their teeth in order and it is going smoothly and well. However, wait times 95% of the time have been over an hour, then more time once they are in the room to see Dr. Schacher. At one point my In law who took them was there for over 2 hours!! This is absolutely outlandish. Kids are out of school ALL morning for these appointments and people have work or other appointments to go to in their own schedule. The amount of money being paid (and with 2 children at the same time!), there should be a higher concerns for patients time and schedules. We are satisfied with the actual service being provided, but some NEEDS to be done about the wait times.

Literally just got my braces off!!! I’m obsessed with the results! The past year and a half was definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend Dr. Schacher and the team!! Other than the fact that wait times can be a little long I had a great experience.

This morning I was booked in at 845am as the first patient of the day. I can truthfully say that I have never been seen on time in this office. I am usually seen 45 min after my scheduled appointment time but I do usually try to come after work. However, I thought today would be different since I was first patient, but at 852am, I asked the receptionist if the hygienist knew I was booked in, so she calls him and acts as if he is late. Then she gets off the phone and tells me he was late with his kids. When the hygienest finally saw me, he told me that no one communicated to him that I was booked in for 845am and he lives 2 min away so he could have come earlier. The receptionist lied right to my face and passed the blame instead of taking ownership of the poor communication and time management in this office. This is the kind of garbage I have had to deal with for over 2 years here. I can’t wait to be done or until they can figure out what the definition of “appointment time” is.
