If I could give this business 0 stars I would have. I have never been to such a unprofessional dental office, all the staff are so judgmental and disrespectful. My personal experience with them awhile back was so horrible I actually considered a lawsuit and after the bad news I received today from a dental surgeon about the work that was done by them I still just might follow through with it. Horrible Horrible dental practice....

Just a question, is it good business practice to repeatedly and aggressively address new patients to do unnecessary work? To push them, even after they have stated they are having a ongoing family crisis, and neither have the time or patience to be addressed in this way? The answer is no, so I will be looking for a new dentist, who will address my dental needs, instead of their pocket book!

You are always greeted with warm and friendly smiles when you enter the lovely office. And whether it's a simple cleaning with delightful and gentle Julie, dental work with Dr. Lee, or help with navigating the collaboration of benefits with Tracy, you are always made to feel comfortable, welcome and safe, in very competent hands. As a "bonus feature" you get to enjoy a lovely view of beautiful fields, flowers and trees as you receive your treatment.

I came to the office and immediately felt very safe with all the extra measures in place around sanitization. Lots of hand sanitizer around and everyone in PPE. Dr Suzy Lee was wonderful, she really made me feel at ease. They completely explained all the options for dental work and the costs before moving forward and made me feel very confident in my choices.

I went to see "doctor" Susie Lee afew years ago at Horseshoe Valley Dental. It was BY FAR my worst denial experience. Her staff were very kind, caring and professional but when "doctor" Susie Lee walked into the room and took one look at me she was so quick to judge. She even made a P'sss sound and shook her head. Ok yes I didn't take very good care of my teeth. And yes they didn't look very good but I don't deserve to be judged and feel embarrassed by my dentist of all people. Well after that wonderful introduction she went to work and let me tell you, she wasn't very gentle. She was as rough as if she was using pliers. And when it was all done she actually pulled out 1 tooth that she wasn't supposed to pull. I left covered in blood and a swollen jaw that had mesh hanging out of it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for your time.
