A genuinely nice place to be because of the vibrant staff which is uncommon words to describe a dentist! ❤️! Very clean atmosphere, Dr. Sarabi and her assistant Amanda and a fun Durham college student Alicia were amazing! They made my experience memorable and I will be sure to visit again soon!

What started off as an emergency appointment, turned in to me meeting my dental soulmate. Julian Camastra is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. So down to earth, friendly, caring, and patient when explaining scary dental terms. I could not see myself paired up with another dentist. I’m extremely grateful that my no-longer emergency appointments will be treated by him!

I had a great experience with King Ritson Dental until a situation that happened that caused me to leave. Dr. Christi, was a fantastic dentist, I appreciated his welcoming personality, humour and comfortable environment that's what the two stars are for. The loss of the rest: One night as I was having a filling and as I was finishing up, the hygienist who I was scheduled to see the week later for a cleaning, came to me and told me she had a cancellation and asked if I'd like to do my cleaning that night instead of coming next week. I thought, sure! Why not?! This fills her chair for the hour, I don't have to come back next week and I get my cleaning done. A win, win. After finishing my cleaning the receptionist brings me my bill, shows me what my insurance paid and my balance due. As I review the charges I notice a 'emergency fee' for the cleaning. I asked what is this for? I was told because it was not scheduled for the cleaning and it was an emergency appointment. I did not understand, firstly, who needs an emergency cleaning and secondly, I did you a favour by filling your chair time. I brought it up to the hygienist who brushed it off and stated it was the policy. I was upset and needed to go get home to my kids, otherwise I would have inquired further and requested to see the policy. I will never go back to King Ritson Dental again and I suggest that anyone who does, monitor their bills whether it's your hard earned money or through your insurance. This is a terrible practice and you've lost a customer for life as well as everyone else I share this story with in my personal life.

My family and I just moved to Oshawa and recently visited King Ritson for the first time. It is hands down the best dental clinic I’ve ever visited (and I have lived all over Canada)! Dr. Sarabi and her assistant Amanda ran all of their x-rays, checked my teeth, and told me what were the next steps I needed to take. Dr. Sarabi went over my treatment options and plans, and she was just so nice and super helpful. She really helped me feel comfortable and welcomed and I feel like her and her assistant are just genuinely nice people who actually care about you. Just a knowledgeable and caring dentist. Would definitely recommend this office and Doctor to others. Michael N.
