I love going to King Town Dental! All the all the staff are so warm and welcoming and know you personally. Connie is always great at checking with my insurance company prior to booking me for procedures so i know what im covered for. She is diligent with follow ups and inquiries. Dr. Sabrina and the dental assistant are so good, no pain easy procedures. Never felt better! They are so funny and warm that I recommended my boyfriend and friends to Dr. Sabrina. Best dentist I’ve been to yet!!!!!!! Patricia

I have been to many dental offices over the year of growing up. However, by far I am very impressed with the staff there. They make you feel welcome and they work with you. I was able to get my wisdom teeth pulled there. Even though I was awake while the work was in process. It was not scary and they always make sure your doing ok. I would recommend this dental office. They will treat and look after you like a friend/family member. Hope this review helps to find the right dental office.

I feel truly welcomed when I first open the door at king and town dental office, I have been going there for over 15 years now and not once have I ever had a problem. The amazing team of Dr. Sabrina and the wonderful staff of the dental office always ensure your needs are met, they are very accommodating to not only mine but I’m sure everyone’s work, school, or life schedule. They work with you to ensure that you are taken care of from the moment you walk in the office, Dr. Sabrina even though I just met her she had taught me so much about my dental health that I had no idea. Did you know that you are to finish your drink in my case coffee within 45 minutes or less? So the PH levels have time to rebuild themselves, I did not. Every visit I have ever had has been spectacular and quick! No one likes to sit in a chair for an hour while getting your mouth drilled, Dr.Sabrina and staff ensure you are in and out! The atmosphere in the office seems like a loving family, nothing but support and love all around. I highly recommend going to the King Town dental office for all your dental needs!

My wife had dental work performed at this dentist back in November, the dental work itself is not why I gave this company a bad review, the secretary Connie did not submit the benefit paperwork to my insurance company in time and therefore the insurer would not pay the claim. The dental company months later sent my file to collections since the insurer didn't pay them. There was no calls or emails from the dentist telling us the claim had not gone through. Upon calling my wife was treated with a bad attitude and sent paperwork that showed nothing about the claim being sent. We requested again and was sent an email with more information that said nothing and told that she was sick of dealing with this and that she wouldnt anymore. I called again to speak with her and was only Interrupted and hung up on. We requested to speak with the dentist and was told the dentist wont deal with it. Because of their mistake we had to pay the collections agency. Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Would not recommend this dentist. They did not send my insurance paperwork to the insurer in time and couldnt get paid from sunlife. They then waited months and sent me to collections without any prior warning that the claim didnt go through. When asked for the proper paperwork was sent information not proving anything and then told they will not help anymore
