Chantal was amazing cleaning my teeth. She always has a big smile and in a good mood.

I have had two appointments at this clinic. The first was one was amazing. They explained everything well but the second experience was TERRIBLE! The hygienist was disrespectful, insulting, and racist that made me very uncomfortable. For that reason, I am considering switching away from your clinic. At the appointment, I had politely asked the hygienist that at my previous appointment, I was given an anti-bacterial rinse which was not covered under my insurance. So in the future, if a treatment is given that is not covered under my insurance, please inform me clearly before proceeding with the treatment. She responded with “but did you give permission”. I told her that I was not aware that the rinse was not part of the regular exam and that I was not provided this information. She argued with me for over 15 minutes on the fact that it is not the clinic’s responsibility to figure out what is covered under my insurance despite the clinic having taken down my insurance information. I inquired if I can be informed ahead of the time of what procedures will be done so I can confirm with the insurance on what is covered. Her response was that – I have no way of knowing what you will need until I look in your mouth, so when you are on the chair, I can tell you what I am doing and you can confirm if it is covered. This was a ridiculous response! How am I supposed to know off the top of my head what procedures will be covered. I inquired about a couple of treatment options for me and she laughed before providing me further details on those options. On this issue, she also asked why I am researching on treatment options. As a patient, I have a right to know what I am getting into. I do not need to be told by the clinic to not exhaust my treatment options. Next, she proceeded on to ask me “Where are you from?”. I feel extremely disrespected as a patient that this question was abruptly asked right after this conversation. During the entire appointment, she talked down to me and asserted that “I am too sensitive about insurance”. I fail to understand the point of these insults and I do not feel comfortable coming into a clinic that is this disrespectful towards their patients. Please inform me of the process to receive the documentation so I can get it transferred to another clinic.

Great dental office with friendly staff

After not having been to the dentist for a while (too long), I booked a first appointment here mainly because the office was in a convenient spot downtown and because the space looked nice. The staff here are SO friendly and welcoming and explained the kinds of things that would be done in my first appointment, and how billing through my insurance would work. My hygienist Holly is thorough and answers any questions I have, and I have left every appointment with a clean smile. Dr. Price kept me up-to-date with my dental health and was extremely friendly! This dental practice is beautiful and comfortable and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist.

New client with somewhat of an emergency. "Took me in", with no hesitation. Great consultation, options presented; and, follow up scheduled. Could not have been more pleased and impressed with service and with level of professionalism.
