I'm honestly floored by the recent 2 Google reviews! The first one, by Booth - this had already been taken up with your wife AND the insurance company as soon as your wife had called and notified us at the office. It was explained by the staff who were told by the insurance company that it had been an error on their part, that it was being rectified, and most importantly, had not been a claim submitted for payment, and, as we were told by the insurance company, they had every intention of contacting your wife and letting her know. Furthermore, when our staff member went out of the way to contact your wife and explain the situation to her, she did not question it any more. She was good to the staff, and had she had any legitimate concerns, or complaints, she, as a grown adult herself, should have asked them... there is absolutely nothing in the office or fee guide, for that matter, that constitutes a ridiculous amount like that. Did you get paid 9999.99? Did we? No?,,, exactly. It was an insurance company's admitted error. Get over it. Tout - you are just full of it. I have been working here for 20 years, and not once, I repeat once, has Ross ever had to "put his knee" on a patient's chest to remove a tooth. We have NEVER had anyone hold any instruments themselves, inside their own mouth. That would be stupid, and dangerous. We have on occasion, aided a patient with a sore jaw, in holding a fist underneath their jaw to support it, but we would never, nor have we ever, asked a patient to hold any dental instrument, sharp or otherwise, in their own hand, in their own mouth. You are crazy. I remember assisting in this procedure with him. I can tell by a majority of your Google reviews that you are never truly content with any of your services anywhere, be it a hardware store, a retail store, or Bell. MOST IMPORTANTLY, This man was a patient in 2013!!! NEver once did he call the office with concerns or complaints regarding the removal of his two wisdom teeth. This review is obviously a huge fabrication.

This dentist is by far one of the worst in Canada. I went here many years ago to have 1 wisdom tooth removed that was bothering me. I was told it would be cheaper to take both of them out so like anyone would, I trusted Ross' opinion. The 1st wisdom tooth and the only one I went there to get removed took 5 minutes to take out, while the 2nd wisdom tooth, the one I didn't need taken out, took 30 minutes. That 30 minutes was the worst 30 minutes I ever spent in a dentist chair. This obtuse dentist not only had his knee on my chest multiple times for leverage, but also had me assist in the procedure by holding devices that were inside my mouth and moving them to his directions with my hands. The end result: a lifetime of nerve damage caused by this idiot severing a nerve in my jaw by way of malpractice. NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST!
