If I have any other choice to rate with zero star I will this place don't even deserve this one star I am not the only one with this bad experience. They need to educate the front desk person whit how you welcome the patient and how to respect them and doctors need to learn don't backup your team if they done mistake he needs to make sure patients is happy with the service so we know we are in good hands but too bad never happened I will never recommend to anyone ðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘Ž

I've been a long time patient here and this is my last straw. I called today because I'm in alot of pain and I need an extraction done on my wisdom tooth. The receptionist told me I would have to wait until Friday for exam, and treated me like I wasnt worth her time... she was very rude on the phone, short with me and talked condescending to me. I called lambton family dental right after I got off the phone and they were happy to get me in today, not just for exam but for resolution (if its infected I cant get the extraction today which is understandable) and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. The only good thing I can say about family dental centre is the female dentist, she was the only reason I didnt switch sooner because she was great with my kids.

This office has been great! I have a fear of the dentist office and the doctor I had took the time to make me feel comfortable and thoroughly went over the procedure before we started and the assistant was very nice and reassuring. The girls at the desk were pleasant. I'll be happy to return to this office for cleanings and further dental work.

Since the staff change this office has been wonderful. With the caring doctors and staff, I always feel at home a this office.

Shame I have to give this place even 1 star.. I made an appointment for a bad toothache at Family Dental. At the apptment the dentist told me I'd have to make another appointment because she couldn't do it that afternoon. What? So I made another appt at the front desk for the following week and had to pay $100 for a 5 minute exam.. On the morning of my appointment I'm just going out the door and see a msg. It's Family Dental, my appt has been canceled because the dentist wants to check with my family doctor. What? So I call them and they can't tell me anything, the dentist is out.. Really.. So I get there at my appt time and ask for a refund because I have to get this aching tooth fixed, it's been over a week already. They can't issue a refund, the dentist isn't in, the manager is on vacation and only she has the authority? . Well the dentist shows up having been out somewhere and seems to not know what's going on and is apologetic. I'm not happy obviously.. So long story short,, I leave without my $100 refund and immediately drive up Murphy to Lakeshore Dental.. Walk in, ask to make an appointment. The receptionist tells me that if I can wait 20 minutes the dentist will see me. Dr. Sottosanti. He does. He takes an Xray,, and has my aching tooth fixed and I'm out the door in LESS than 40 minutes. I've since been back to Lakeshore for teeth cleaning.. it's a wonderful office, professional staff.. not like Family Dental on Michigan.
