Mr

My dentist referred me to Dr. Hanson. I needed a complicated lower root canal. After the treatment I had very little swelling and pain. The office was very clean and the entire staff were very kind. Handy location by the university too! Thank you all!

This was my first root canal, and up to this point I hadn't even had a cavity, so I was VERY nervous. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The hygienist/nurse/assistant was very kind and patient, even offered to hold my hand through the process because I was shaking so much. Dr. Hanson was also sweet and kind. She took the time to explain the whole process to me prior to doing anything, and answered all of my questions. She periodically checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was ok, and see if I was feeling any pain (I wasn't). When I returned to my dentist to have him do the final touches (standard), he commented about the high quality of her work. He said that it was extremely precise and very well done, and very reasonably priced. My dentist even said he would recommend her work to other patients. Overall, it was actually a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Hanson & her staff to anyone looking to get a root canal.

This was my first root canal. It was extremely painful. During my second appointment I had a bit of gum infection. She accused me of not eating carefully on the other side of my mouth and having popcorn. I told her that actually, no I didn't have popcorn and I did eat carefully. This really ticked me off!! I won't go to her again. The nurse was nice at least.
