This is one of the best dental office and professionals I have dealt with. I have a lot of anxiety about going to a dentist and from my very first visit they made me feel super comfortable and at ease. Adrienne is an amazing hygienist! Dr. Jenn is the most patient, kind, thorough and knowledgeable dentist. Most recently she removed my wisdom teeth and she did an amazing job putting me at ease and making the whole process a breeze. I am your biggest fan and will recommend you to everyone!! A big shout out to the reception desk...you all do a fabulous job!

I love coming to City Oasis Dental - it actually does seem like an Oasis! Some people don’t enjoy coming to the Dentist but if you come here, as soon as you walk in you’ll be greeted by name, offered some water & seated in a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Natalie does a great job at making everyone feel welcome! Every single person is smiling and takes a genuine interest in getting to know me. The sessions themselves are relaxed, educational and fun! My last visit was with Alyssa and she went the extra mile to not only give me a check-up and clean, but also to discuss and educate me on daily dental care, which is most critical to having healthy teeth. Jennifer is very personable, detail oriented and clearly great at what she does. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident in my dental care since coming to City Oasis Dental these last 3+ years. Highly recommend!!

UPDATE: Will not be returning as they reached out to me 3 month later for a $25 balance owing due to a billing error on their part. Could have rectified this by taking the loss but instead reach out for payment. Original review: I've been a patient at City Oasis Dental for the past 2 years and have received nothing short of an exceptional experience. I first heard of them through a colleague and that they were conveniently located nearby and were opened on evenings and weekends. Their office is super clean and welcoming. Natalie the receptionist has always been accommodating for when I needed to reschedule due to a cold and even changing same day appointment as my schedule frees up. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone working in the area. Thank you to the City Oasis Dental team for the years of great dental experiences!

Dr Jenn and her staff are wonderful at what they do. They are so nice and friendly, the office is like walking into a spa (tranquil and beautiful setting) which makes the entire experience so pleasant. Theres even a snack bar, beverages and massage chair should you be early for your appointment. Adrienne (dental hygienist) is by far one of the best hygienist I've had. Very thorough and takes time to explain things to you and super friendly. Love the availability of late appointments and weekend appointments which make it a lot easier on my demanding work schedule. Definitely visit this dental office, it's a five star experience!

I hadn't been to a dentist in years - and for the past two years, Dr. Jen Lai has been patiently and painlessly working on my teeth, which are all fixed up now. Dr. Jen is a dentist with skilled hands - she's part dentist, part artist, I like to say, because the results are amazing, works of art my molars are now!! Most importantly, it's all painless: Dental chickens, I recommend her highly! And finally - the offices are beautiful, modern, bright but very zen.
