Always a superb experience here! Dr Andersen is an angel. So kind, caring and concerned and oh so good at her work. You immediately know that you are in good hands. And all the other staff at the clinic are just the most lovely human beings. Always so helpful, always with a smile. I have been coming here for a year now. Needed a lot of work done on my teeth ( I had put off a visit to the dentist for too long before) including a few cavities, a root canal and extracting a pesky wisdom tooth that hadn't grown out right and was causing trouble. And through it all I can say with confidence that I received the best and most attentive care I could ask for . Not changing my dentist any time soon and can't recommend enough!

I’ve been coming here off and on for a couple years as my own dentist is out of town - and he is my father. My sister is also a dentist. So this 5 star review should hold some weight I hope. Sometimes life and work just gets too busy to travel out of town for a cleaning. The Richmond Dental Center staff from the receptionist (phenomenal) to the hygienists and Dentists who may do a check up after a cleaning are phenomenal. It’s also one of the prettiest clinics I have ever seen. A very special shout out to hygienist Victoria who has cleaned my teeth the last 2-3 times. Her guidance and recommendations for daily care are shared in a positive and happy light (some can I find scare you a bit) and made a noticeable difference to my oral care. She carefully explains everything she does, is positive, smiling and I actually fell asleep as she cleaned my teeth last time. Growing up in a dental family I can 100% say they are very lucky to have her!

I recently visited the Richmond Dental Centre with my wife and I have to say I have nothing but compliments for the staff that work there. They're professional and polite. Furthermore, their workplace is clean and visually appealing. Dr. Farrah Awan was very through with the x-ray as she explained my situation in a clear and concise manner. Lastly, Victoria was also engaging and fun to talk with while getting my teeth cleaned as this made my experience much more tolerable. Highly recommend this place.

This was my first time visiting a dentist in Toronto after moving here from Halifax. I was very concerned given so many options and spent a lot of time doing my research, and I was not disappointed. The receptionist, hygienist, and dentist were all very kind, and the service I received was wonderful. No waiting around and everything was explained clearly. I had a full checkup and cleaning and was in and out in just over an hour and the bill was as quoted. Would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Richmond Dental Centre for over 3 years and I am very happy with my dental hygienist (Melanie) and the overall service. I highly recommend booking your cleaning appointment with her. The location is convenient and the place is clean.
