Great dental work and one of the best customer service experiences. All the stuff is very warm and approachable. The dentist are professional but so doubt to earth. Truly impressed with the dentists patience in explaining the process and intricacies of dental work. Highly recommend!!

While the staff was generally friendly and the service was good, I was intentionally overcharged at my prior two visits. This dental office maximizes the costs of your treatment (without discussing with you in advance) to maximize the charges to your dental plan. I was once told by a staff member that they have an employee who is specifically tasked with reviewing each patient's dental plan in order to maximize the treatments covered by your dental plan. I have a co-share on my plan so this was costing me quite a bit of money as well. There was one instance where they charged me ~$40 for a fluoride rinse without asking if I wanted the treatment. There were 2 instances where I was overcharged on scaling. I was charged for 3 units of scaling (45 min) when I should have been charged for 2 units (30 min). Because of my frustration from my first visit, I actually timed the scaling on my second visit and when I showed the dental hygienist that the treatment was 30 minutes + a few seconds, her response was that since the treatment was slightly over 30 minutes, she had to round it up to 45 minutes (and charge me an additional ~$45). This is not right. There are plenty of other dental offices in the vicinity who would be happy to take your business. I would avoid this place.

If you want a great cleaning this is the place! I actually look forward to my appointments with Gina because no one else cleans my teeth the way she does! I also find it very clean and the staff is friendly:)

I’ve been going to Infinity for my teeth cleaning for about 2 years now, every time the service is friendly, professional and meets my expectation. Today’s visit was another regular cleaning, and Gina did an awesome job taking care of me and answered all my questions with patience. Looking forward to the next cleaning!
