They only care about making money, not your oral health

I would not recommend College Street Dental to anyone. I wish I could say that they are a good facility but based on my experiences here, I honestly believe they do not care about the well-being of their patients. There are other dental offices in the GTA that are more professional and ethical.

My new dental office - College Street Dental

I was so worried about my teeth. I’m guilty, haven’t been to the dentist in 5yrs I didn’t have insurance before and couldn’t afford it. Thank god I met Dr Chan at College Street Dental. She is too kind she didn’t criticize me or my teeth she changed me mind made me feel happy to be at the dental office which is the last thing I expected I thought she would criticize me but instead I heard good news and the little treatment I needed she was understanding of my finanacial situation and created a plan for me to take care of the most important stuff for me. I’ve never met a dentist that really gets me and my priorities. Thanks Doc! I highly recommend College Street Dental.

Amazing dental group

Such an amazing group at College Street Dental! I love how everyone is so friendly here and dedicated to excellence! After imaging, the hygienist did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and it went by so fast as I was watching an episode of Ellen on the TV in the room. And then I had my exam with Dr. Cheng. I honestly can't say enough amazing things about him! He has so much integrity and has the best bedside manner of any dentist I have ever visited. He is dedicated to providing his patients with excellent customer service and quality care. I truly appreciate how he takes his time to conduct a thorough exam, explain everything that he is doing and seeing, and then answer all of my questions and concerns in a manner I can truly understand. Honestly, he is the best dentist I have had and that is saying a lot as I have visited over a dozen dentists in my time in Toronto. I am so happy and relieved to have finally found a trustworthy and reliable dentistry for life! Thank you College Str

Exceptional

Dr. Cheng has been a godsend. I was nervous about finding a new dentist in a new city but when I chipped a tooth I needed to find a dentist right away. He made time for me and fixed my tooth over the weekend which was above and beyond anything I could have asked for. I was later to find out that this exceptional thoughtfulness and flexibility was par the course for Dr. Cheng. I was able to come after work for some appts and he was always checking in to make sure any work he may have done was healing well. I've done everything from removing my wisdom teeth, fillings and cleanings and I am still a happy patient. And it's not just Dr. Cheng. Everyone at this practice is of an exceptional caliber and I have thoroughly enjoyed my visits. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who can make it work.

Everyone from reception to dentists are wonderful and caring. Everyone especially the dentist will make sure I am comfortable every time I'm in. I feel like I'm going to visit friends whenever I have an appointment.

After years of neglect and deference, I knew it was time to finally to find a dentist. While researching many different dentist offices in Toronto, I found plenty that had great reviews- but my biggest worry of all was being judged or talked down to due to the neglect of my dental hygiene. From the moment I walked into the College Street Dental office to the moment I left my appointment I felt nothing but compassion and a sense of welcoming. I wasn't being talked down to at all, instead I was being talked to like a human. I could not recommend College Street Dental enough. I would truly give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Chan and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I've been coming to this office for over 2 years and never had a bad experience. They are all incredibly friendly and take a lot of care in all their patients - we became good friends over the years. Would strongly recommend this to anyone (coming from someone that has had a lot of work done on their teeth!)

Excellent experience

College Street Dental is FANTASTIC! I feel safe having a great dentist nearby for me and my family. I've had part of one of wisdom teeth broken off only a few days after I moved from Europe. Reception at the College Street Dental went ahead not only to schedule me for the same day I called them but to explain to me all the nitty gritty details about dental insurance in Canada. I've also received an e-mail confirming my appointment with all the information necessary for signing up. Nice touch. The tooth needed to be extracted which went smoothly. It was a bit tricky since part of the tooth was already missing and there was risk that it would totally fall apart. Dr. Lee did a great job, fortunately. I felt no pain during the procedure nor afterwards. They also did an x-ray of my jaw without any wait or scheduling whatsoever. Today I received a phone call from them asking whether everything's fine after the extraction.

Found my dentist for life

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist. I had always had this irrational fear of dying a slow, painful death at the hands of a dentist's tools. All that has changed since I started coming to College Street Dental. Dr David and the staff here are consummate professionals who ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout any procedure. Sometimes you go to a dentist and they talk down to you or keep you in the dark about what is happening. Not here. I have never once felt like in was being talked down to or slighted. The staff has always ensured that I felt comfortable and informed. I highly recommend Dr. David to anyone seeking a dentist. You won't regret it.

Great place for dental!

I move for work every 2-5 years, so I've been to a lot of different dentists, and have worked with several different hygienists. With that as a qualifier, my experience here today at College Street Dental was the best I've ever had. Dr Chan was positive, funny, and very thorough. She explained everything she was doing, ensured that all of my questions were answered. She gave me feedback on my dental habits, and was firm about the changes I need to make without attacking me or making me feel too shameful. I picked this location from online reviews and they delivered 100%. I very much recommend College Street Dental.
